How to Join N.Y.P.O.

There are SIXTEEN places available on the 2025 NYPO Course. We invite you to make an application by:

1. Filling in the Email form at the bottom of this page.

2. Complete the contact details on the next page.

3. Send us (by Email or post) a single A4 sheet (approx. 300 - 500 words) explaining in more detail:

Your current experience with percussion.
The current repertoire you are studying.
Your musical ambitions for the next three years or so.
Why you would particularly wish to join the NYPO course this year.

Considering the response last year, we expect to be over subscribed so we will try to invite applicants we believe will gain the most from the NYPO experience.

FEES:

The 2025 summer course fee will be £850.01 for the six days, Sunday 17 August to Friday 22nd.
This includes tuition, a contribution to instrument hire, accommodation and three meals per day.

There is nothing to pay here, at this stage. We will consider every application and will reply with details on
how to pay when accepted for the course.
